Silver Hill Funding, a division of Bayview Loan Servicing LLC, has announced the addition of Fadi Ghishan to the company’s sales representative team. Ghishan joined Silver Hill to further develop their growing small-balance commercial lending on the West Coast.

“We are pleased to welcome Fadi back to Silver Hill,” said Michael Boggiano, senior vice president, national sales manager for Silver Hill Funding. “His extensive knowledge in the commercial mortgage industry makes him an important asset to our company and to brokers looking to diversify their mortgage business.”

Ghishan is an accomplished professional in the mortgage industry with more than a decade of experience in a wide range of origination and sales managerial roles. As a member of the original Silver Hill team, he was instrumental in bringing small-balance commercial loans to the west coast and helping brokers fund tens of millions of dollars in commercial deals. He is an excellent communicator who prides himself on building meaningful relationships with his clients.
