Ward Kerlin Returns to Mortgage Network as Senior LO

Veteran mortgage professional Ward Kerlin has rejoined Mortgage Network Inc. as a senior loan officer in the company’s Conshohocken, Penn. branch office, responsible for serving borrowers and homeowners throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Kerlin brings to Mortgage Network more than 10 years of mortgage banking experience in the Philadelphia area. He originally joined Mortgage Network in 2012 and most recently worked as a loan originator for a local mortgage banker. Kerlin has also served as a senior loan officer at JP Morgan Chase and as a home mortgage consultant at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

“I came back to Mortgage Network because I felt the company’s desire to serve borrowers and continually improve the mortgage process is simply unequalled,” Kerlin said. “When a mortgage banker is truly dedicated to providing its sales professionals with the tools and support to help them excel, ultimately, borrowers end up winning, too.”

“We’re delighted to have Ward back on our team,” said Ted Lawler, regional manager for Mortgage Network. “Mortgage professionals with his level of expertise are few and far between.”

“Modest home price increases and low mortgage rates are giving first-time buyers a great shot at the American dream,” Kerlin said. “At the same time, the mortgage process can seem terrifying without the right assistance. Whether one is thinking about buying or refinancing, working with a trusted mortgage professional can make the process so much easier from start to finish.”
