ResMac Inc. has announced the addition of three business development and sales executives to its Correspondent and Wholesale Channels, as Bill Parnell (Ohio), David Exner (Chicago) and James Collins (New England) join the company as regional senior account executives.

“We believe the human asset is one of the most essential elements in any organization’s success," said Greg Lutin, senior VP of Third-Party Origination (TPO). "As we expand our national footprint, we will continue to recruit seasoned professionals who are accustomed to quality, technology and high volume."

Parnell began his career in Ohio as a mortgage loan officer and in a short time became an owner in a mid-size mortgage broker operation. After a successful run in retail, he decided to accept the challenge of developing territories for a TPO lender in Southern Arizona and subsequently, Northern California. Bill has a deep understanding of the wholesale and correspondent business channels, which enables him to use a consultative approach in assisting his customers in achieving their goals. As an account executive for the past 15 years, he has achieved yearly volume levels in excess of $1 billion numerous times and has won awards for customer service and teamwork in addition to production.

Exner began his mortgage career in Ohio in 1998 as a loan officer and an account manager. In 2001, he and his family moved to Illinois where he took on a role as a wholesale account executive, developing relationships in the Chicago market for Ohio Savings Bank, aka Amtrust Bank for 11 years and quickly became a leading account executive for Amtrust Bank, earning several volume related awards. In 2012, David helped bring Kinecta Federal Credit Union into the Chicago market and quickly became a top account executive for them eventually developing into an area sales manager. For the last two years, he has worked as a mortgage insurance account manager for one of the top MI companies in the nation. David's time and diverse experience in the mortgage business enable him to help clients navigate through compliance changes and challenging lending environments, helping them achieve their goals.

Collins will be covering the New England marketplace, and brings 19 years of mortgage business-to-business sales experience in both the wholesale and correspondent platforms. As a top producing AE at Flagstar Bank for 13 years, James was instrumental in the development of an expansive network of both brokers and correspondents for his market area. He has been the recipient of many sales awards for achieving high levels of production and maintaining excellent service levels at the company. Recently, James was employed at Sterns Lending also working with accounts in the New England marketplace.
