Embrace Home Loans has received the first-place award for the Top Mortgage Companies in Customer Satisfaction in the Large Division, as provided by SocialSurvey

Embrace Home Loans has been named a 2017 Best Place to Work by Providence Business News for the 12th consecutive year. This list recognizes the top performing companies in the Providence area regarding the quality of the workplace and culture they have created for employees. Embrace was one of many companies judged based on confidential surveys of employees as well as management reports compiled by Best Companies Group. Top honorees were named in each of the four categories based on employee count.

“To be recognized as a Best Place to Work, not only in our industry but across all businesses, is a tremendous honor,” said Kurt Noyce, President of Embrace Home Loans. “Being chosen for 12 straight years, given all of the challenges the financial services industry has experienced over that period, is a credit to our leaders and the disciplines they have maintained to honor our values, regardless of the trials. For our workforce to acknowledge the importance of those values as well as our mission to enrich the lives of those we serve is extremely gratifying. To be thought of as a company and a leadership team–which are good stewards of the opportunity given to lead and impact others–is incredible. What could be better than that?”

Embrace has previously been ranked among the “50 Best Small & Medium Companies to Work for in America” as specified by the Great Place to Work Institute. Among the Top 25 of all FHA lenders nationally, the lender is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and the FNMA Regional Advisory Council. Embrace Home Loans offers competitive pay and benefits designed to attract and retain staff who share a matched commitment to excellence.
