Franklin American’s Eric Fellows Honored as TNMBA Mortgage Banker of the Year

Franklin American Mortgage Company Area Manager and Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator Eric Fellows was named Mortgage Banker of the Year by the Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association (TNMBA) at the recent Great River MBA Conference. The Award, in its inaugural year, recognizes a person that is the pinnacle of the industry. Recipients will have fiercely advocated for the industry, represented the industry well in all aspects, continually improved themselves and mentored others, and supported industry events and trade associations.
Fellows has been at Franklin American Mortgage since January 2017 and has continually demonstrated great leadership skills. A long-time member of the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association (NMBA), he was recently selected to serve a second term on the board. He has also served numerous other roles with the organization, including President in 2016. Under his leadership, the NMBA supported the Oasis Center of Nashville by raising more than $14,000 during its charity golf tournament, provided funds for Christmas gifts through its Bowling Cup Challenge, and put together over 1,000 snack packs during a NMBA work day. Additionally, Fellows is a board member at Raise the Roof Academy, a youth Sunday school teacher at the Christ United Methodist Church, and formerly served as a board member of the Black Canyon Boys & Girls Club.
