Sprout Mortgage enhanced its non-QM offerings to include a new max 85% LTV on most loan programs

Sprout Mortgage enhanced its non-QM offerings to include a new max 85% LTV on most loan programs, reduced rates across its entire program offering and increased maximum loan amounts at lower loan-to-value levels on its Select program series.

Sprout's enhancement of its non-QM offerings comes just weeks after the company unveiled four new non-QM loan programs, including new versions of its asset depletion and debt service coverage ratio flagship products. The company also recently launched its Premier Jumbo offering for the purchase or refinance of higher-end properties, with loan amounts up to $3 million.

Sprout's programs are accessible through Optimal Blue, Loan Sifter, EPPS LoanNex and Mortech.
