Bringing more than two decades of experience to his new role, Scott Ingram will be responsible for the tech provider’s overall strategy, cybersecurity, data governance, cloud infrastructure, and innovation efforts

QC Ally, a provider of tech-enabled enterprise loan quality and audit services, has appointed Scott Ingram as its new chief information officer (CIO), bringing 20-plus years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise technology leadership across the mortgage, fintech, and global technology sectors to his new role.

In recent months, Ingram has served as QC Ally’s interim CIO, advancing several technology and security initiatives, including contributing to the company’s SOC 2 Type II certification earlier this year. His formal appointment builds on this work and reinforces the company’s commitment to a strong, scalable technology foundation.

“I’m excited to join a company that plays such a critical role in maintaining trust across the mortgage ecosystem,” said Ingram. “I look forward to continuing our work to strengthen systems, enhance security, and deliver reliable solutions that meet today’s regulatory demands and tomorrow’s needs.”

Ingram’s appointment follows a thorough search for a tech leader to support QC Ally’s next stage of growth. As CIO, he will oversee technology strategy, cybersecurity, data governance, cloud infrastructure, and key innovation efforts. His priorities include modernizing systems, strengthening security, and improving the performance and reliability of solutions that support regulatory integrity for mortgage QC clients.
