TMAC Promotes Chase Kinder To Vice President Of Wholesale
Kinder steps into new role as Traditional Mortgage Acceptance Corp. emphasizes growth in wholesale reverse mortgage
Traditional Mortgage Acceptance Corporation (TMAC) has promoted Chase Kinder to vice president of wholesale. Headquartered in Bellevue, Wash., TMAC is one of the nation’s top reverse mortgage lenders.
Kinder previously served as a senior account executive and “has been instrumental” in expanding TMAC’s wholesale footprint and driving client success across the country, according to the company. Further, it noted Kinder’s “hands-on” approach to leadership, which draws on his experience as a top loan originator.
“His ability to navigate complex transactions and mentor partners through the lending process has made him a trusted advisor and a respected figure in the mortgage community,” TMAC noted in a release.
Kinder is known for his strong work ethic, strategic thinking, and deep industry knowledge, TMAC noted, and has consistently delivered results that have helped elevate the company’s reputation. He's not just a reverse mortgage executive: outside of work, Kinder coaches little league, volunteers as a firefighter, and participates in medical aid missions abroad.
Kinder called the new position and the potential to drive wholesale growth “an exciting opportunity to further our mission of helping seniors achieve financial security and peace of mind through responsible reverse mortgage solutions.”
“Chase embodies the values we hold dear at TMAC — integrity, innovation, and a commitment to service,” contended Brett Dunn, chief investment officer and chief operations officer at TMAC. Kinder’s promotion, Dunn added, “reflects not only his outstanding performance but also our confidence in his ability to lead our wholesale division into its next phase of growth.”
"Chase brings a wealth of experience, strategic insight, and a collaborative spirit that aligns perfectly with TMAC’s vision for growth and innovation,” stated Carmalon Batiste, TMAC’s vice president of operations. ”We’re ready to take TMAC to the next level."
