Rich Stevenson, leadership development trainer at ServiceLink, has spent 20 years in the mortgage industry, dedicating nearly half of this time to training top leaders and helping them excel in their given space. Stevenson recently obtained a Master’s in management, strategy and leadership from Michigan State University in May 2025. Working in origination, valuation and servicing at the start of his career, Stevenson learned the ins and outs of the mortgage industry which continues to help him excel when communicating with the thousands of leaders he has trained thus far.
Instinctively curious, Stevenson likes to share his knowledge with others. He approaches training with collaboration, believing that listening and working together is more impactful than telling and lecturing. He strives to meet people where they are and believes he has found his true calling in learning and development.
