Tom Davis

Tom Davis is chief sales officer of Deephaven Mortgage. He joined the firm in 2022 and has more than 20 years’ experience helping lending partners with their Non-QM  and non-agency needs. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, where he double majored in finance and management. Founded in 2012, Deephaven Mortgage led the creation and development of the Non-QM/non-agency mortgage market and makes its loans available through mortgage brokers and loan officers, in addition to buying loans from correspondents.
