TNAMB dues were owed at the end of February; however, the association did not mail NAMB dues until April. NAMB dues are being honored under a grace period until our check is received. As a reminder, TNAMB membership categories are as follows: Professional Member Open to any company currently licensed in the State of Tennessee to engage in the profession of mortgage originations. Professional Members have voting rights in both TNAMB and NAMB. Professional Associate Open to any subsequent applicants from a company that is a Professional Member in good standing. Associate Members do not have voting rights in either TNAMB or NAMB. Affiliate Member Open to any individual whose primary business is other than that of a Mortgage Broker, but has an interest in supporting Mortgage Brokers in general and the association in particular. Affiliate Members do not have voting rights in either TNAMB or NAMB. Affiliate Associate Open to any subsequent applicants from a company that is an Affiliate Member in good standing. Associate Members do not have voting rights in either TNAMB or NAMB.
