ABC strengthens branch network with new leadershipmortgagepress.comAmerican Brokers Conduit, American Home Mortgage Investment Corporation American Brokers Conduit, the wholesale division of American Home Mortgage Investment Corporation, continues to strengthen its management infrastructure by appointing three mortgage professionals to manage three existing branch offices in its network. The company has appointed Lisa Kaulen as vice president and branch manager of the Bellevue, Wash. branch office; Stan Bryant as vice president and branch manager of the Greenwood Village, Colo. branch office; and Cory Hubbard as vice president and branch manager of the Irvine, Calif. branch office. The newly appointed branch managers will be responsible for expanding wholesale production in their respective geographic regions and attracting mortgage brokers who have a history of high production volume and a client-centric approach. Donald Henig, executive vice president of the wholesale division of American Home said, In order for American Brokers Conduit to continue to increase its market share, we need to attract the right leadership to manage and drive our growth. We are extremely pleased to have Lisa, Stan and Cory, three highly successful leaders, join our management team. All three of these mortgage professionals have the experience to expand our wholesale production through a strong customer focus and disciplined execution. Ms. Kaulen brings more than 15 years of experience in the residential mortgage industry. Most recently, she was branch manager for Countrywides Bellevue, Wash. office. Prior to joining Countrywide, Ms. Kaulen spent seven years with Homecomings Financial in Bellevue as branch operations manager and at Norwest Mortgage, formerly Prudential Home Mortgage, in Springfield, Ill. as a senior underwriter. Stan Bryant offers significant management expertise in the financial services industry, with more than 10 years in mortgage banking. Most recently, Mr. Bryant was a branch manager for Macwan, Wis.-based Universal Mortgage Company. Previously, Mr. Bryant owned his own mortgage brokerage firm for three years and was also an account executive at SunTrust and Wells Fargo. Before joining ABC, Cory Hubbard was vice president of American Mortgage Network in Mission Viejo, Calif., responsible for the Orange County and Los Angeles areas. Prior to that position, Mr. Hubbard worked for American Residential, Chase Manhattan and Norwest. He holds a California brokers license and has been a mortgage broker.
