Ellie Mae and Flagstar integrate Encompass and Digital Document TransferMortgagePress.comEllie Mae Encompass Flagstar Bank and Ellie Mae have partnered to integrate Flagstar's Digital Document Transfer platform with Ellie Mae's Encompass loan origination system. As a result of the integration, broker and correspondent customers can now submit individual or multiple loan packages, along with their associated documents, directly into Flagstar's Paperless Underwriting and other paperless mortgage processing systems. Once the documents are received, they are indexed and automatically routed to the appropriate personnel. In addition, all transferred electronic documents are viewable to Flagstar customers via its Paperless File Manager application at http://wholesale.flagstar.com.
