Mortgage Builder LOS completes interface with ComplianceEaseMortgagePress.comLoan origination systems Mortgage Builder Software Inc. has announced the completion of a strategic interface with ComplianceEase. The partnership will enable Mortgage Builder customers to proactively determine if their loans comply with federal-, state- and municipal-level regulations and consumer lending regulations, based on lending licenses. "We developed an interface with ComplianceEase, so that our users could access this solution directly through the Mortgage Builder [loan origination software]," said Kevin Smith, president of Mortgage Builder. "Mortgage Builder provides the required data, allowing ComplianceEase to perform the testing procedures, ensuring the loan is compliant, and then ComplianceEase returns the results via HTML, where they can be viewed and stored for future reference. Our customers will benefit, because the ComplianceEase program can run at any time during the loan process and lenders can then make adjustments accordingly, if compliance issues arise."
