The Featured Property Program allows agents to cost-effectively market their listings on the RealtyTrac Web site and differentiate themselves in listing presentations to potential clients. RealtyTrac Agent Connect connects pre-qualified consumers directly with real estate agents, via telephone. A RealtyTrac representative calls and prescreens each consumer, before forwarding the consumer on to a local real estate agent.
