RealtyTrac introduces two marketing toolsMortgagePress.comReal estate listing system RealtyTrac Inc. has enhanced its RealtyTrac Agent Network with two new products aimed at helping real estate brokers generate more leads—the Featured Property Program and RealtyTrac Agent Connect. The Featured Property Program allows agents to cost-effectively market their listings on the RealtyTrac Web site and differentiate themselves in listing presentations to potential clients. RealtyTrac Agent Connect connects pre-qualified consumers directly with real estate agents, via telephone. A RealtyTrac representative calls and prescreens each consumer, before forwarding the consumer on to a local real estate agent.
