National City introduces cooperative financing downstateMortgagePress.comNew York state co-op financing National City Home Equity (NCHE) has announced the addition of cooperative ("co-op") financing to its suite of services available in downstate New York. Second-lien, fixed-rate loans and home equity lines of credit will be available for residential units located in co-op buildings. NCHE has also developed a loan application process specific to co-ops, streamlining the review of the property and reducing approval times.
