Rapid Reporting Verification Company has introduced Stated Doc
Report, a compilation of critical information provided by the IRS
that allows mortgage originators to confirm the veracity of
information provided on stated income loan applications.
Rather than releasing numerical data, the Stated Doc Report
simply indicates whether an applicant has filed a federal tax
return (including schedules C and E) during the past two years and,
if so, provides the self-employed individual's Social Security
number and the NAICS code of his business.
