Wachovia combines brands to create VerticeMortgagePress.comWholesale mortgage lending Wachovia Securities has announced the creation of a wholesale lending brand, Vertice, from the combined entities of American Mortgage Network and Wachovia Mortgage Third Party Lending. Vertice will be a part of Wachovia Securities' corporate and investment banking operation and will be overseen by Randy Robertson, head of residential mortgage and consumer business. Combined production from both component entities totaled $18 billion in 2006.
