MBA presents legislative service award to National City's KonykMortgagePress.comNational City Mortgage Corporation On April 25, the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) presented its annual Burton C. Wood Legislative Service Award to Jack V. Konyk, senior vice president for National City Mortgage Corporation's national consumer finance group. The award was given at MBA's 2007 National Policy Conference. "Jack has been exceptionally engaged in MBA for years and has helped us advance our agenda in countless ways," said MBA President and CEO Jonathan L. Kempner. "Jack has and continues to be a leader within MBA and the industry, and today we are privileged to honor him for his many contributions, integrity and commitment."
