Lender Lead Solutions makes available new reverse productsMortgagePress.comReverse mortgage eligibility requirements Lender Lead Solutions has introduced Simple60, a reverse mortgage product available to homeowners beginning at age 60, two years younger than the age of eligibility for Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECMs). In addition, borrowers age 62 and older will have the option to borrow smaller amounts of money, with lower closing costs and reduced fees. Lender Lead Solutions has also released Equity Plus Advantage, a jumbo reverse mortgage that allows seniors with higher home values to access greater amounts of their home equity than with traditional reverse mortgages. Finally, Lender Lead Solutions has made available its LIBOR Flex Margin Advantage product line, offering LIBOR-based HECMs with margins from 75 to 200.
