Informative Research Promotes Ajay Trilokeshwaran To CTO
The technology veteran will oversee product execution, platform development, engineering, infrastructure, and cloud strategy
Informative Research (IR) has promoted Ajay Trilokeshwaran to chief technology officer, placing the longtime enterprise technology leader in charge of the company’s product and technology execution.
Trilokeshwaran will oversee platform development, application engineering, infrastructure, and cloud strategy. His responsibilities will include guiding the technology operations supporting IR’s credit and verification solutions for mortgage companies, banks, and other lenders.
Trilokeshwaran has more than 20 years of enterprise technology experience, with a background in platform modernization, large-scale systems integration, and DevOps strategy.
Since joining Informative Research, Trilokeshwaran has helped develop the company’s core verification infrastructure, according to the company. That work included bringing credit, income, employment, and asset data into a unified verification platform intended to help lenders manage verification costs and establish more consistent processes.
“Ajay has been instrumental in shaping what Informative Research is today,” said President Matt Orlando. “His technical vision, his ability to build and lead high-performing teams, and his deep understanding of what lenders need have made him the right person to take the reins as we continue to grow.”
Trilokeshwaran was named a HousingWire Tech Trendsetter in 2024 for his work advancing scalable technology within the mortgage industry. Informative Research has also appeared on HousingWire’s Tech100 list multiple times.
“I’m motivated to build things that actually move the needle for the people using them,” Trilokeshwaran said. “Our team has and continues to pursue that goal, and there’s still more to do. I’m grateful for the trust and recognition, and I’m looking forward to what comes next.”
Informative Research, a Stewart company, provides credit and verification technology to mortgage companies, banks, and lenders throughout the United States.
