IMS adds 'Web Services' feature to IMS Adapt

CB Richard Ellis exec launches commercial real estate portalMortgagePress.comReal estate investment in Texas Ray Wirta, former CEO and current vice chairman of real estate services company CB Richard Ellis, has announced the creation of a proprietary Web-based system through which smaller investors in Texas can own commercial real estate property. Users of the system can invest a minimum of $2,500 to purchase securities representing ownership in income-generating properties. The system will be run by Nexregen LLC, a company founded by Wirta, and no brokerage fees will be charged.
