NAHB report: Builder confidence declines further in July

Das named CEO of CitiMortgageMortgagePress.comSanjiv Das, CitiMortgage, CitiGroup, Bill Beckmann, Morgan Stanley, CEO Sanjiv Das has been named chief executive officer of CitiMortgage, a subsidiary of O'Fallon, Mo.-based Citigroup. Das will replace Bill Beckmann, a 20-plus year veteran of Citigroup. Beckmann had served as CEO since 2005. Das returns to Citigroup from Morgan Stanley, where he served as managing director in the company's institutional securities group.
