LenderLive Network Inc., a business process outsourcing and
technology provider for the residential mortgage industry, has
named Steve Crawford the senior vice president of retail to oversee
all production and new business development for the company's
retail business channel. LenderLive's retail division provides
traditional direct to consumer origination services through private
label origination Web sites and call centers. The company offers an
array of fulfillment services including processing, underwriting
and closing of all types of mortgage transactions.
"Steve understands all aspects of the mortgage industry and this
is necessary to being able to identify the opportunities to enhance
workflow process and and the technology necessary to gain
efficiency," said Rick Seehausen, president of LenderLive. "His
knowledge and experience in mortgage lending provides tremendous
value to LenderLive clients."
Crawford has already contributed to LenderLive's success during
the past seven years by serving in various positions in wholesale,
retail and customer care. He has spent more than 14 years building
and managing successful multi-state call centers that focus on
originations, loan fulfillment and customer service.

Before joining LenderLive in 2001, Crawford managed the
production and operation of call centers and mortgage lending
branches for three national financial service companies. He has
achieved the Certified Mortgage Lender (CML) and Certified Mortgage
Technologist designations, and is working on his Certified Mortgage
Banker (CMB) designation. In addition to his financial industry
experience, Crawford served in the U.S. Marine Corps and Marine
Corp Reserves for eight years before being honorably discharged in
1999.
