ServiceLink Default Servicing Division expands leadership teamMortgagePress.comServiceLink, default servicing, Fidelity National Financial, Chris Bolger, Stacey Bayley, Bill Breeden ServiceLink, a provider of origination and default servicing and the national mortgage services platform for the Fidelity National Financial family of companies, announced three appointments for its default servicing division. Chris Bolger has been named senior vice president of default title/TSG services, Stacey Bayley has been named senior vice president/chief operating officer for AssetLink and William L. (Bill) Breeden has been named senior vice president of default servicing. Bolger, a 23-year veteran and nationally recognized authority in the default title and TSG industry, is responsible for all operating elements of the business, service delivery to clients and the development of innovative default title products. He will also be responsible for launching Vision Default SolutionsSM, a proprietary technology suite providing industry-leading operational efficiency and connectivity with clients. Bayley brings significant experience to her new role, where she is responsible for the management of the AssetLink Operations Centers in Denver, Kansas City, West Palm Beach, Dallas and Buffalo. Breeden, former AssetLink chief operating officer, will develop and manage a series of collateral-based default services, including an innovative Short Sale solution that will minimize profit loss for clients utilizing the industry-leading asset valuation, management, sales and settlement services capabilities of AssetLink and ServiceLink. "ServiceLink's default servicing group has experienced tremendous growth while delivering outstanding results for clients," said Doug Ashe, president of ServiceLink's default servicing division. "Chris, Stacey and Bill are proven industry leaders in our core services of TSG, REO and Short Sale management, and they will enhance the value of our services to clients in a very dynamic market." Bolger has deep experience in the TSG arena, having joined ServiceLink from First American Title Insurance where he served as vice president of National Default Title Services managing the TSG Division. Bayley most recently served as vice president of REO for one of the industrys top-rated special servicers. Her prior experience also includes senior management positions in third-party REO management outsourcing as well as the management of a private consulting firm serving the mortgage industry. Breeden has held a variety of senior management positions in the default services industry including chief operating officer of the client services group for a major law firm providing default solutions to loan servicers nationwide.
