The keynote speaker was Troy McClain, a national speaker who appeared on the first season of The Apprentice, an NBC show hosted and produced by real estate magnate Donald Trump. McClain has been a mortgage professional for more than 15 years. At Credit Plus conference, McClain stated, "The most expensive thing you own is a closed mind. FHA is the new sub-prime.
