The keynote speaker was Troy McClain, a national speaker who appeared on the first season of The Apprentice, an NBC show hosted and produced by real estate magnate Donald Trump. McClain has been a mortgage professional for more than 15 years. At Credit Plus conference, McClain stated, "The most expensive thing you own is a closed mind. FHA is the new sub-prime. Todays market is a great opportunity to relearn products such as FHA and learn about new ones." I appreciated the opportunity to meet with Credit Plus, a company whose operation and people have a real "can-do" attitude. Credit Plus is helping its whole team realize their abilities to move forward, especially in a down market," said McClain.
