Silver Hill to present commercial session at upcoming NAMB 2008 Annual Convention in IndianapolisMortgagePress.comSilver Hill Financial, commercial mortgages, NAMB 2008 Annual Convention, breakout session, Brian Monaco Silver Hill Financial LLC, a national real estate lender specializing in small-balance commercial loans, is participating in the National Association of Mortgage Brokers 2008 Annual Convention, from June 19-23 in Indianapolis. Silver Hill's Brian Monaco will present "Small-Balance Commercial Lending: Strategies for Staying Productive in a Changing Market," on Saturday, June 21 at 1:30 p.m. The annual convention is being held at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. Silver Hill's strategy session will give attendees an overview of the small-balance commercial market including industry guidelines, common property types and sample transactions. A range of commercial originators is reviewed along with market characteristics and issues. Brokers will experience hands-on training with commercial deal scenarios and learn sales and marketing best-practices. Attendees will leave the session with an understanding of the small-commercial opportunity and action steps to get started or increase their commercial activity. Monaco is an experienced trainer and manager of business development for Silver Hill. NAMBs 2008 Annual Convention offers a full slate of free education courses, CEU training, a new certification workshop and informative general sessions.
