Pasquini launches International Mortgage and Real Estate Solutions (IMRES) Web siteMortgagePress.comGena Pasquini, Mortgage and Real Estate Solutions, IMRES, vendors Founder and Owner Gena Pasquini is pleased to announce the launch of International Mortgage and Real Estate Solutions Inc., www.IMRESolutions.com, a comprehensive online provider of real estate and mortgage resources created to help industry professionals build, sustain and market their business. IMRES adds value by linking clients to state-of-the-art vendors offering products, services, and cutting-edge solutions in one all-inclusive location. Pasquini began her real estate industry career in Chicago, Ill. in 1997 as an account representative for United Guaranty Mortgage Insurance Company. Her success led to an invitation in 2001 to initiate marketing in California for Fidelity National Financial's new Homeowners Insurance product via the Fidelity family of companies, including Fidelity, Chicago, Ticor and Security Title brands. Seeking new challenges, Gena joined Citi Home Equity as an account executive in 2005. An active leader in state and local mortgage associations in Illinois and California since 1997, Pasquini has accompanied both CAMB and IAMB groups as a lobbyist for mortgage-related legislative issues in both state capitols and Washington D.C. She is the 2008 -2009 President of the Central Coast Chapter of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers (CAMB), and was the 2007-2008 membership committee chair. Previous to this, she held the North Los Angeles CAMB Board's membership chair for two years. Pasquini has successfully completed FHA training, NAMB's Commercial Lending Training, is in the process of obtaining a California DRE license, and holds the professional designation Certified Mortgage Planner (CMP). A hands-on real estate investor and current owner of multiple investment properties throughout the United States, she has effectively studied with many of the investment trainers profiled on the IMRES Web site. In addition, she is a member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation Board of Directors for the tri-county area chapter (Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties). "I originated this company following my tenure as an account executive with CITI," said Pasquini. "I realized that my clients and brokers were often not fully aware of the array of products and services available to them, because as busy mortgage professionals, they did not have the time to do all the research involved. Since I have acquired a significant education during the course of my personal and career-generated relationship with this industry, I am pleased to share my body of knowledge with a national community of people involved in real estate, via the IMRES business Web site."
