Spearman, CMC, CRMS, as mortgage services specialist. A long-time Daytona Beach, Fla. area resident, Spearman has 29 years of experience in the mortgage business, was formerly state president of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers, and is well-respected as an industry leader. Known as the ideal "personal real estate assistant" to mortgage loan offices, real estate agents and contractors who have been operating without assistants and office support as a result of current market conditions, RealSource will undergo a substantial expansion with the addition of Spearman. Beginning in September 2008, RealSource will offer a robust set of mortgage services including outsourced loss mitigation for banks, loan modifications for consumers, short sale processing for realtors, and mortgage servicing for private investors. "A primary goal is to help people facing financial difficulties to stay in their homes," said Spearman.
