Kenny is based out of Denver, Colo., and will develop and manage business relationships with customers located in the Western United States (including California, the Northwest, Rockies, Southwest, Alaska and Hawaii). Avista Solutions has a long history of working with mortgage lenders in the West, and the addition of Kenny will allow the company to increase sales in the Western states and provide a higher level of service to existing customers in the region. Prior to joining Avista Solutions, Kenny spent seven and a half years with Ellie Mae, first as an independent contractor selling and representing software solutions for the mortgage banking industry and later as national account manager. Kenny was recognized for Top Document Service Sales in 2005, Highest Revenue for website and document imaging product in 2007 and Most New Clients in Document Services, also in 2007. Kenny began his career at Contour Software, where he served as independent account manager, sales representative and trainer. He holds a degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
