Mortgage applications changed little in latest MBA Weekly Survey

Zellar, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company Robert E. Zellar has joined Old Republic National Title Insurance Company as a business development representative for its National Agency Services Division. He will report directly to Fred Jones, vice president and manager, and will be based in Columbus, Ohio. Rob started working in the title insurance industry in 1984 with a large Ohio title insurance agency and learned the business from the ground up. He also has worked on the lending and real estate side of the real estate industry. In 2007, he joined a major underwriter and worked in a variety of capacities. Most recently, he was a national sales manager of a division focused primarily on large national and regional real estate brokerage brands, as well as large regional MLS organizations. Rob also has served on teams that have successfully implemented the start-up and growth of in-house real estate mortgage companies and title insurance agencies. Rob attended Muskingum College, where he received a BA in economics and history.
