Robert D. Green III has joined the Pro-Teck Services Quality
Team, taking the position of quality audit manager.
Mr. Green's residential valuation career spans over 25 years.
Experience includes many years as a licensed/certified appraiser
and more than 20 years with World Savings Bank as a senior field
appraiser training new appraisers. With Encore Credit, he was the
secondary marketing appraisal manager, responsible for reconciling
and selling all scratch and dent files. As a result of his
extensive experience, Mr. Green has personally completed more than
20,000 field appraisals in multiple states and a wide range of
review and reconciliation work in all 50 states. Mr. Green is a
member of the Appraisal Institute and currently working on his SRA
designation.
Green will report directly to Pro-Teck Chief Appraiser Jeff
Dickstein, who stated, "I am pleased to have Robert join our
