Del Mar DataTrac provides solutions that empower small- and medium-sized mortgage bankers to deliver extraordinary customer service and increase production while reducing risk, increasing productivity and streamlining overall efficiency. Aslanian, an experienced mortgage industry sales executive, rejoined the company where he was its top producing account executive from 2001 until 2007. As director of sales, he will manage the company's national account team, working with lenders to improve their business operations through the use of appropriate technical solutions. Castillo previously served as an underwriter for New York-based MortgageIT, a national retail and wholesale organization. During this time, she was responsible for ensuring accuracy of all loan documents, leveraging DataTrac's position as MortgageIT's database of record to effectively execute her duties. As a client services representative, Castillo joins a team of six other experts providing Del Mar DataTrac's customers with on-call support in the day-to-day use of the companys product suite. Hall previously served as vice president of risk management and product information for Bakersfield, Calif.-based Golden Empire Mortgage. She held a number of management and executive positions in her 14 years at Golden Empire, overseeing the lender's post-closing and regulatory compliance procedures. Hall also oversaw the lender's implementation of DataTrac. As client care manager for the West coast, she will work closely with DataTrac users to ensure that each receives optimal value from the companys product suite. Kabalin previously served as senior loan assurance auditor for San Diego-based SCME Mortgage Bankers, a national retail and wholesale organization, where she was responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and requirements, leveraging DataTrac's position as SCME's database of record to effectively execute her duties. As a business analyst, Kabalin will play an integral part in defining key calculations and functional requirements across the entire DataTrac product suite. Witte founded Reno, Nev.-based Titan Wholesale, a niche-lending wholesale organization with operations in six states where he oversaw the lender's purchase and implementation of DataTrac. As account executive, Witte will lead Del Mar DataTrac's new business development efforts in the Western U.S. "Del Mar DataTrac is committed to providing our customers with team members who are not only product experts, but also fully understand how the DataTrac suite is implemented and managed within the client environment," said Rob Katz, president of Del Mar DataTrac. "While other technology providers are scaling back operations and cutting corners, we have used this time to significantly invest in our technology and our people."
