The southwest region is part of Old Republic's Central Division, and is managed by Mark Bilbrey, executive vice president. Magness is a longtime resident of the Houston area where, over the years, he has developed significant business relationships and contacts. Magness began his career by owning and operating his own commercial and residential real estate brokerage firm. He eventually made the transition to working exclusively in title insurance. Most recently, he had a long and successful career working for another major underwriter.
