Joseph Camerieri joins LenderLive as VP of salesMortgagePress.comJoseph Camerieri, sales, business process outsourcing, technology, LenderLive Network Inc., Rick Seehausen LenderLive Network Inc., a provider of business process outsourcing and technology to the financial industry, has hired Joseph Camerieri as vice president of sales. Camerieri is a seasoned mortgage outsourcing professional and will be responsible for developing new business relationships among banks, credit unions and servicers for LenderLive. Camerieri has spent the last 22 years in vice president positions at PHH Mortgage, most recently as vice president of corporate sales and marketing where he led a team of 35 business development account executives with a client base that represented more than $2 billion in annual loan production. "With a strong background in business development, sales and operations, Camerieri has the experience that LenderLive can leverage to help financial institutions build their mortgage production in an efficient, cost effective manner," said Rick Seehausen, president and CEO of LenderLive. "Camerieri understands the industry and the opportunities available to financial institutions that outsource. He will be a valuable addition to the LenderLive team to further develop its client base and broaden its scope of prospects." His responsibilities at LenderLive include being part of the company's national sales force to developing and maintaining strong lines of communication between clients and LenderLive. Camerieri also will help clients use LenderLive services and technology effectively to improve origination volumes. "LenderLive continues to extend its reach to different markets and at the same time excel in the caliber of products and services it offers for mortgage fulfillment," Camerieri said. "Financial institutions outsourcing their loan origination and processing capabilities to LenderLive are saving the unwanted time and costs associated with building this capacity internally, and also creating mortgage assets for their balance sheets or secondary market." As PHH's vice president of call center/telesales, he led all sales center activities for the 250 inbound/outbound call center consultants that generated more than 50 percent of the companys revenue and $20 billion in mortgage loan production. In that role he also launched a real-time sales training program that increased individual lead conversion on average 10 percent. Prior, Camerieri led a department of 80 closers and supervisors in national closing area with overall responsibilities of managing a national vendor network and funding procedures for 75,000 transactions annually.
