Jul 16, 2009

Cal-Western Reconveyance Corporation (CWRC), a Prommis Solutions Company, announced that it was awarded the LPS Default Solutions Performance Excellence Award, recognizing its “best-in-class” status for 12 consecutive months (April 2008-March 2009) on its California foreclosure portfolio. The award was presented to CWRC at the recent LPS Default Solutions Attorney Summit held in Minneapolis, Minn. “We are extremely proud of the efforts of our staff. Receiving the Performance Excellence Award from LPS Default Solutions is strong evidence that we are at the top of our field, and we appreciate the recognition of LPS Default Solutions concerning our performance for our industry,” said Margaret Padilla, senior vice president of foreclosure for CWRC/Prommis. Notably, CWRC was the only California firm to be recognized by LPS Default Solutions for performance at this level for this period. Cal-Western Reconveyance Corporation is a full-service trustee firm providing foreclosure services in Alaska, Arizona, California (Freddie Mac Designated Counsel), Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Texas and Washington.
