Leading Real Estate Companies of the World aligns with LPS' Real Estate and Living Media Network

Aug 26, 2009

Lender Processing Services Inc. (LPS), a provider of integrated technology and services to the mortgage and real estate industries, has announced that Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE), a global network of more than 600 premier real estate firms, is the first worldwide organization to join LPS' Real Estate and Living Media Network. The Real Estate and Living Media Network is an online real estate vertical ad network developed and managed by the LPS Real Estate Group Inc., formerly known as Cyberhomes and FNRES MLS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lender Processing Services Inc. The Real Estate and Living Media Network, launched in June 2008, was the first to begin working directly with local real estate agent, broker and MLS Web sites and targeting the consumers who visit them. Since then, LPS Real Estate Group has grown the Network to include more than 750 Web sites that attract nearly four million unique users each month. The Media Network offers its members nationally recognized real estate content and a syndicated advertising platform that grants unprecedented access to the $11 billion spent annually on advertising to consumers who are moving residences. "With the accelerated migration of traditional media spending online, together with marketers' increased focus on advertising ROI, we saw the ability to become the first global organization to become part of the Real Estate and Living Media Network to leverage the power of local real estate brands and better reach the consumers who visit them," said Paul Boomsma, chief marketing officer, LeadingRE. "In fact, all 5,000 offices and 150,000 sales associates in 35 countries around the world that are members of LeadingRE will have the opportunity to participate with the Real Estate and Media Network, the only online advertising network of its kind." "We are excited to welcome LeadingRE and their members to our Media Network," said Prem Luthra, chief sales & strategy officer, LPS Real Estate Group. "We look forward to connecting their member companies with some of the nation's more recognized advertisers in order to reach consumers involved in real estate transactions." Through the Real Estate and Living Media Network platform, LeadingRE brokers will have the opportunity to begin earning meaningful revenue immediately, with complete control over the type and number of ads placed on their site. Brokers incur no upfront fees and have access to full-service support from the LPS Real Estate Group account management team. For more information, visit www.lpsvcs.com or www.LeadingRE.com.
