This is accomplished via access to a database of carefully selected mortgage brokers, so that members may confidently recommend top rated brokers for their client’s financing needs in states where they are not licensed. PBN is a user-friendly Web-based service unlike any other. Each member of PBN has gone through a rigorous interview and screening process--only after being recommended by a trusted mortgage industry professional.
Both members and the public can use the PBN Web site to locate mortgage brokers across the United States. All members of PBN have demonstrated honesty, integrity and exceptional knowledge of their profession with a proven record of outstanding customer service.
PBN founder Stan Wang has been in the mortgage business since 1976 as a loan officer, branch manager, regional VP, and currently, owner and president of The Advantage Mortgage Group, a company he founded in 1994. Well respected in the industry, he holds the two highest certifications offered by the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB), the Certified Mortgage Consultant (CMC) and Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (CRMS) designations. Stan has also undergone the training and passed the certification test for his Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) designation. He is a graduate of Arizona State University with a BS in economics and an MBA.
