MDMC professionals form Mortgage Delivery Specialists LLC

Jan 18, 2010

Mortgage Delivery Specialists LLC (MDS) announces the acquisition of Mortgage Data Management Corporation’s (MDMC) Agency Delivery, Servicing Analysis and Staffing Services product lines. MDS principal, Kent Loehrke, will be joined by MDMC’s current employees Jason Eisendrath and Paul Raebel. Jason and Paul will be senior portfolio analysts for MDS. Doug Lackey, principal of MDMC, will act as managing director with MDS. MDS was formed to focus on its core competencies of mortgage loan securitization, agency delivery services, servicing analysis services and staffing services. MDMC, during its 18 years of services to the mortgage industry, specialized in mortgage loan due diligence review services and agency delivery services. In June 2009, MDMC sold its due diligence operations unit. MDS’s facilities and systems meet and/or exceed the same stringent requirements that ensured MDMC clients of its data security. Facilities and systems have been developed and implemented in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2005. Control activities and objectives are in place to accommodate a 2010 SAS 70 Type II audit. MDS will continue to help its clients with Freddie Mae, Fannie Mae, and Ginnie Mae delivery needs, as well as servicing acquisition analysis. MDS is committed to providing its clients with the same level of service they enjoyed with MDMC. For more information, visit mortgagedelivery.com.
