Feb 09, 2010

Primary Capital has announced the addition of Jan Wagner and her team of dynamic professionals to support and advance the company's continued growth. "Jan joins Primary Capital as an exceptionally valuable asset," said Executive Managing Director George Phelps. "Canton Street Mortgage was one of Primary Capital's first wholesale customers; we have formed a winning partnership over the years. Their demonstrated integrity and professionalism have distinguished them as a leader throughout our industry and it seems only fitting that they are first to join forces with us in our Atlanta retail group." The two companies will now combine efforts to create an even stronger presence and the best quality product offerings and customer service. Jan brings 22 years of mortgage lending experience that she will use to guide and support a team of 11 loan officers. "Throughout years of working with Primary Capital, I have learned this company is constantly setting itself apart from the competition by offering the best service and value available," said Jan. "I am excited to be teaming up with such a proactive company." Jan's experience includes; retail lending, retirement investing, financial and investment consulting, credit counseling, and mortgage lending. In 2008, Jan was appointed to the board of the Georgia Association of Mortgage Brokers (GAMB). In 2009 she was voted Broker of the year in addition to being ranked as a Top Ten Loan Originator in the state of Georgia since 2006. She is also one of a select few in the state of Georgia to hold a Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (CRMS) from the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB).
