Feb 09, 2010

Andrew Rennell has been promoted by Resource Title to the position of chief operating officer. As COO, Rennell will oversee global day-to-day operations of the Independence, Ohio-based title and settlement services firm. Resource Title is an independent, family-owned agency which has provided title insurance and escrow services for over 25 years. The company is also recognized for its strong commercial, REO/default and relocation lines of service. “Andy is a driven performer and thorough manager who has literally grown up in our business,” said Leslie Rennell, president of Resource Title. “He is respected by the team, our customers and his peers. More importantly, he is not afraid to approach a challenge with a non-traditional perspective—a vantage point that will suit our agency well in this changing market.” In his new role, Rennell will manage operations in each of the agency’s six regional offices nationwide. He will also spearhead Resource Title’s deployment of virtual offices in over 20 states, using best-in-class technology. “This is an important period in our growth, and we will be focusing on a virtual expansion into the western states,” said Leslie Rennell. “Andrew will be at the forefront of the cutting edge processes that make such an expansion possible.” In addition to overseeing production and operations, he will be responsible for all elements of Resource Title’s technology, workflow and processes. He will continue to report directly to President Leslie Rennell.   Rennell has worked with Resource Title since 2003. During his tenure, he has grown sales, marketing and production strategies across product lines, growing all levels of quality review and control, including production output, resource efficiency and workflow. As a member of the management team, he has played a key role in growing the company’s real estate-owned (REO) and relocation business. Rennell is a graduate of The Ohio State University, where he received a bachelor of the arts. For more information, visit www.resourcetitle.com.
