CCG Catalyst adds Thomas D. Switzer as partner and senior consultant
Phoenix-based CCG Catalyst, a provider of strategic guidance for banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders and other financial organizations, has named Thomas D. Switzer as partner and senior consultant. Switzer’s role focuses on effectively strategizing technical banking processes and providing focused solutions that cater to each individual financial institution’s unique needs. He provides strategic guidance on check processing, branch and call center production efficiencies, revenue opportunities and service quality.
Prior to joining CCG Catalyst, Switzer was the management consultant in the consulting and professional services division of Metavante, now known as Jacksonville-based FIS, where he focused on strategic planning, re-engineering, reorganization and product development. Prior to this position, he was the principal of a small business management development firm. In previous positions, he worked extensively on the strategic development of bank back room operations and has conducted large-scale projects at nearly 100 financial institutions.
