Switzer as partner and senior consultant. Prior to joining CCG Catalyst, Switzer was the management consultant in the consulting and professional services division of Metavante, now known as Jacksonville-based FIS, where he focused on strategic planning, re-engineering, reorganization and product development. Prior to this position, he was the principal of a small business management development firm.
