PHH Mortgage names Bruce Van Fleet SVP, real estate sales

PHH Mortgage Corporation, a subsidiary of PHH Corporation, has announced that Bruce Van Fleet has been named senior vice president, real estate sales. In this role, Van Fleet will be responsible for the development and execution of sales strategy in the company’s real estate channel. Van Fleet will report to Mike Dirrane, executive vice president of sales, PHH Mortgage. Van Fleet brings more than 30 years of mortgage industry sales experience to PHH Mortgage, including the leadership of several large, national sales organizations, with a track record of increasing sales force effectiveness. During his tenure in the industry, he has served as executive vice president of sales and marketing at Triad Guaranty, where he oversaw all of the mortgage insurer’s business development, product development, marketing and sales operations support activities. Van Fleet was also the executive vice president, chief sales officer at Radian Guaranty, where he led the development and implementation of a new, integrated sales strategy and national sales force.
