Marix Servicing joins HOPE NOW Alliance

Marix Servicing LLC is has announced its membership in the HOPE NOW Alliance. Founded in February 2007 in response to the distress in the mortgage market, Marix is a residential loan servicer with a focus on servicing, subservicing and component servicing of both performing and non-performing loans that require a high-touch approach. Marix has assisted clients with outreach calls soliciting borrower attendance at HOPE NOW events and with its membership, Marix anticipates expanding its participation in HOPE NOW initiatives. HOPE NOW is the industry-created alliance of mortgage servicers, investors, counselors, and other mortgage market participants, brought together by the Financial Services Roundtable, Housing Policy Council and Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), that has developed and is implementing a coordinated plan to help as many homeowners as possible prevent foreclosure and stay in their homes.
