Inlanta Mortgage adds Indar Ramadhar as funding manager

Inlanta Mortgage has announced the hiring of a new funding manager, Indar Ramadhar, who has had almost 20 years of experience in the mortgage field. Ramadhar came from Universal Mortgage Corporation where he worked in the lending operations department and was primarily responsible for the final documents, shipping, government insuring and collateral processes. While at Universal, he also became involved in Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) audits, broker approvals and fielded questions from branch employees and underwriters. At Inlanta, Ramadhar will be responsible for ensuring that the closing department maintains a high level of efficiency, timeliness and accuracy.
