UnitedTech Lender Services adds five new hires

UnitedTech Lender Services (UTLS) has announced the hiring of five new employees over the past three months: Shane Durham, Jeffrey Horrell, Roderick Wilkins, Mercedes Esposito-Bustos and Sandra Farias. As UTLS continues to grow, the expertise that these new employees bring in information security, consultative sales and business development is invaluable.  Shane Durham will serve as UTLS director of information security, Shane is responsible for the company's overall security and regulatory compliance solutions and joins UTLS with 15 years of systems and security experience. Prior to joining UTLS, Shane worked for S1 Corporation as information security officer. Jeffrey Horrell joins UTLS as senior vice president, national sales where his 20-plus years of proven sales experience will assist the company's title services division. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in economics, Jeff previously led the national sales and client management efforts for LandAmerica One Stop. Roderick Wilkins will serve as managing principal of UTLS Consulting Services. A veteran of finance industry operations, he possesses a background in international banking and has lent his expertise in business development, transition, change management and service delivery to institutions across the U.S., Latin America, Asia-Pacific and Europe. Mercedes Esposito-Bustos joins UTLS Consulting Services as principal. With a successful 14-year track record as an executive and consultant her experience has encompassed numerous areas of the financial services sector, such as organizational development, process improvement, training design, loan servicing, compliance and sales/marketing for emerging markets. Prior to joining the UTLS Consulting Services team as principal, Sandra Farias was with HP Enterprise Services (formerly EDS), analyzing and developing strategies, and enhancing the company's contact center operations, quality assurance projects, system evaluations and sales development operations.
