Prommis Solutions LLC has announced that John Marecki has joined the company as a vice president within the East Coast Foreclosure Operations unit. Marecki will report to Jennifer Dorris, president of Prommis Solutions. Prior to joining Prommis, Marecki was with Flagstar Bank for 25 years, most recently as senior vice president of default administration. Additionally, he managed all phases of collections for residential, consumer as well as commercial, and he spearheaded the banks efforts in loss mitigations, foreclosures and real estate-owned (REO) properties. During his tenure with Flagstar, Marecki helped achieve a tier one rating with Freddie Mac and was consistently a highly-rated servicer. “John’s extensive 30 years of mortgage industry experience will be a tremendous asset to Prommis and our clients”, Dorris said. “His industry knowledge and skills will be an invaluable asset to our entire East Coast Operations team.” In his new role, Marecki is responsible for managing a multi-state foreclosure platform with an immediate focus on spearheading the company’s Florida expansion efforts.  For more information, visit www.prommis.com.
