Aug 20, 2010

HELM Analytics, a global provider of compliance, regulatory automation, predictive analytics, data security and reporting, has announced that G. Shay Tengan has been named executive vice president and general manager. Previously, Tengan held the position of vice president of business development. As general manager, Tengan will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and day-to-day operations of HELM Analytics. Tengan will use his industry experience to further position HELM to address compliance, regulatory concerns and business processes in order to increase transparency and system capabilities. Tengan will work with partners across the mortgage, finance, healthcare and insurance industries to create efficient automated compliance and workflow processes, while adding a business intelligence dimension. "Shay has been instrumental in developing HELM’s services and solutions over the past year,” said HELM Co-Founder Cary Burch. “Shay has strong business acumen and a proven track record of successful execution, and I am confident that the company’s leadership is in the right hands." HELM Analytics leverages over a decade worth of technical expertise and solutions already developed by its parent company, CCS Global Tech, which has helped companies automate workflow and increase business process efficiency. “HELM has a strong team of technologists coupled with the tools and expertise to provide comprehensive solutions for our partners,” said Tengan. “We know increased transparency will be a common thread as the regulatory reform requirements are established. I am excited to take HELM to the next level as we aggressively grow our client base and capabilities." For more information, visit www.helm360.com.
