Embrace Home Loans opens new Maryland branch

Aug 25, 2010

Embrace Home Loans, a direct lender for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, approved by FHA and VA, and an issuer for Ginnie Mae, has officially opened a new branch in Waldorf, Md. The branch is located at 2255 Crain Highway and is managed by Frank Nesbit. Nesbit has more than 12 years of mortgage branch management experience. With a combined 60 years of mortgage lending experience, the Waldorf team is members of the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors. Vice President Joe Beacher who also oversees the Wilmington, Del. branch, oversees the Waldorf branch and has more than 15 years of industry experience. “We are very pleased to join the Embrace Home Loans team,” said Nesbit. “Unlike many communities across the nation, Maryland continues to grow and flourish, and we’re proud to be a part of that growth. By combining our experience in lending with Embrace’s proven technology and long-standing success, we look forward to providing the southern Maryland market with excellent service as we continue to support the community’s mortgage financing needs.” The Waldorf branch provides the entire loan process, from application to closing, and because it is not a broker, the process is much more efficient. The branch offers conventional, FHA and VA loan products as well as VHDA and USDA programs. Embrace was recognized as one of the “Best Medium-Sized Companies to Work for in America,” as well as one of the “Inc. 5,000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America.” “Southern Maryland is a growing community supported by a thriving employment market in government, government contracts and the military, including the Andrew Air Force Base and Patuxent Navel Air Station," said Dennis Hardiman, chief executive officer and founder of Embrace Home Loans. "The Waldorf branch has already assisted many in this flourishing community in affordably financing their homes, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with this talented team as they move into the future.” For more information, visit www.embracehomeloans.com.
