DartAppraisal.com has announced the launch of Dart Academy, a partnership with McKissock LP to offer online options to appraisers for continuing education and pre-licensing/upgrade purposes nationwide. McKissock LP is a nationally-recognized online provider of appraisal education, with approved courses available in all 50 states and three U.S. territories.

DartAppraisal.com has relied on McKissock for educational services since 1996, when Case himself began updating his continuing education credits both online and in classes through the company. In 2006, as the number of properties in foreclosure mounted, DartAppraisal.com prepared its appraisers in several cities to follow U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) real estate-owned (REO) appraisal guidelines with McKissock by offering a full day course on the subject.
